Located about 10 miles east of the LAX airport, Alpine Corporation was founded in 1999 and built on the idea that all of our products should be exceptional in design and quality for an excellent value. A lot has changed over the last 16 years and we now have grown into a designer/manufacturer and master distributor of exclusive Garden/Gift/Holiday merchandise.
Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, oversee accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Line item entries into ERP system
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- General ledger reconciliation
- Produce and present profit and loss spreadsheets
- Budget preparation and management
- Provide support to staff and executive management as needed
- Perform other responsibilities assigned
